Custom-printed acrylic charms, standees, holographic badges, and epoxy keychains are manufactured exclusively to your tailored vector or raster cutline specifications. Because these items cannot be restocked or resold, they are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing flaw, packaging crush, or material defect upon delivery.

Every order initiates with a 1:1 digital cutline proof rendered by our prepress specialists. You maintain 100% control over cancellation during prepress processing:
Cancel anytime prior to clicking “Approve Cutline”. Zero handling or plate fees.
Once approved, files queue directly into high-output laser cutters. Cancellations cannot be processed.
If parts show shipping breakages or missing keyrings, replacement is dispatched priority.

4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Our 3-step rapid claims process eliminates friction so your merchandise stands or convention tables stay on schedule:
Take 2-3 clear photos in natural light showing the cutline discrepancy or damaged clasp alongside the packing slip.
Enter your Order ID (#ACK-XXXXX) into the Claim Portal and select either “Expedited Remake” or “Store Credit”.
Our QA supervisor approves claims within 24 hours. Replacement batches jump to the front of the laser queue.
