Dual Sandwich UV Print
Full color 8-channel UV curable Japanese inks printed directly on interior layer. Sealed between dual crystal plates so art never scrapes or peels.
Double Protective Film
Each keychain arrives with static cling scratch-prevention peel film on both faces. Simply peel corner prior to gifting or convention display.

Artwork Guidelines for Perfect Production
Keep vital face graphics and signatures at least 2mm away from the outer laser contour to prevent edge truncation during high-heat flame cutting.
Upload canvas at true physical size (e.g. 50mm x 50mm) set to 300 to 600 DPI. We accept CMYK and RGB color profiles with automatic Japanese gamut mapping.
Save as 32-bit PNG with transparent alpha channel. Any white canvas background left will be printed opaque white unless expressly omitted.
