We gladly accept returns

-Send items back within 14 calendar days of delivery
 
 

Exchanges/Cancellations

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
 
 

The following items cannot be returned/refunded

Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept the following returns unless they arrive damaged or defective:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Gift cards
-Specials/discounted items health and personal care items
 
 

Return conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
 
To begin the return process, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
 
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs using a traceable shipping service. If the item does not reach us or is not returned in its original condition
(e.g. damaged in transit, unsaleable), no refunds will be issued.
 
 

Refunds

Shipping costs for original shipments are non-refundable. Since shipping is included in the price of our products, we will advise of the shipping costs incurred.
 
If receiving, inspection and restocking fees (charged by your local warehouse) are required, these fees will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the available refund amount.
 
In short, you will not receive a full refund when you return your item.
 
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will let you know if the return is in good condition (not damaged in transit) and approve/reject your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
 
 

Damages and Problems

Please check your order and contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery if:
-The item is defective
-It was damaged in transit
-Received the wrong item
 
so that we can assess the problem and correct it. If the required proof is provided and accepted, we will send a replacement.
 
It is not necessary to return defective, damaged or incorrect items.
